Anything that is discussed in the therapy session is totally confidential and will not be discussed with anyone else.
Initial Consultation
During the FREE 15 minute consultation both the client and the therapist assess whether they can work together with the presenting problem. Once this is established both parties determine an achievable goal.
It is important that the client feels comfortable with the therapist.
